What is a School of Health Technology?

A School of Health Technology is a specialized institution that offers training in health-related courses aimed at equipping students with the practical skills and certifications needed to work in various health sectors.

Unlike traditional universities, these schools focus more on hands-on learning, fieldwork, and community-based health training. They are under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and are vital in producing skilled mid-level health professionals.

1) Medical Laboratory Technology

2) Pharmacy Technology

5) Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW)

Entrance Examinations Ends First Week In September.

Admission requirements are five (5) credits in wassce /Neco: English, Maths, biology, physics, chemistry between the age of 16-45 is qualified to apply.
