‎Introduction:
‎If we get today’s message right, a door will surely open for us—and this is not an ordinary door.

‎This message represents the vision God has given us for 2026. If you follow me as I follow Christ, and more importantly, if you follow Christ Himself, that door will surely open.
‎From our Bible text, we see that God sent a message to the angel of the church in Philadelphia. In that message, God revealed what He was about to do, how He would do it, and what qualified them for the open door.

‎In the same way, God is speaking to us today as the church, Solution Chapel, concerning an open door for this year.

‎THE KEY TO THE OPEN DOOR (Revelation 3:7)

‎“These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth.”

‎God is the One who holds the Key of David. No matter how rich, influential, educated, or powerful a person is, if a door is locked and the key is missing, that door cannot be opened. If you force a door open without the key, the door becomes damaged and wasted. That is why divine doors must be opened God’s way, not human effort.
‎When God opens a door: No man can close it, no devil can stop it, no system can reverse it.

‎The moment we shouted Happy New Year, spiritually speaking, a key was released.
‎That key gives access to doors of treasures, opportunities, elevation, Blessings in our homes, businesses, careers, and ministries.
‎But hear this clearly, no one can use your key on your behalf. It is your responsibility to know how to use it.

‎THE OPEN DOOR IS PERSONAL (Revelation 3:8)

‎“Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it…” God said, “I have set before YOU an open door.” This means: Your door is not my door, My door is not your door. Everyone has a door designed specifically for them. God’s elevation of a person has nothing to do with age, tribe, education, or human wisdom.

‎WHY GOD OPENS THE DOOR

‎Still in verse 8, God said: “For thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.” This is very important. God did not say: you prayed the longest, you fasted the most, you are the most educated, you have great spiritual knowledge.

‎He said: You have little strength, but you kept my word, and you did not deny my name, so this tells us that: your knowledge may be small, your strength may be little, your understanding may be limited ,but obedience opens doors. Knowing how to pray is good, coming to church consistently is good, but what God values most is keeping His word ie knowing the do’s and don’ts of God’s word and living by them.

‎When we stop doing what God hates and start doing what pleases Him, no one can stop God from blessing us.
‎Even in the midst of storms, Jesus remains Jesus as long as we do not deny Him.

‎BIBLICAL MEANING OF AN OPEN DOOR

‎An Open Door symbolizes:
‎Divine Opportunity, Access, Breakthrough, Mercy

‎WHAT IT TAKES FOR THE DOOR TO OPEN

‎1. TOTAL CONCENTRATION
‎Joshua 1:7–8 God told Joshua to focus. Concentration is a major requirement for open doors. Children must concentrate on their studies, Mothers must concentrate on their businesses, Fathers must concentrate on their work, Believers must concentrate on God ie Bible study, Sunday school, prayer, and the Word.

‎God commanded Joshua to meditate on the Word day and night. It is in this concentration that prosperity and breakthrough come. Many people missed their open doors last year due to distractions, especially from phones and social media. God is calling us this year to be steadfast in His Word.

‎2. TOTAL SUBMISSION
‎1 Peter 5:6, “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.” God lifts only those who submit completely to Him.
‎If we truly desire elevation, Nothing should stop us from worship, nothing should hinder us from bowing before God, nothing should replace God in our lives.

‎Many times, life becomes difficult not because God has failed us, but because we are acting wrongly before Him. God is ready to lift us, but He is waiting for us to be ready for Him.

CONCLUSION
‎Beloved, 2026 is a year of Open Doors. The key has been given, the door has been set before you. But the door opens not by struggle, instead by obedience, concentration, and submission.

‎May we not miss our door. May we not misuse our ke,y and may God who opens doors that no man can shut, open every divine door prepared for us this year, in Jesus’ name.

‎Amen.
